Colin Richards has over 35 years’ experience in all types of roofing including leadwork, working closely with his late father Idris Owen Richards of the former Glenhurst Roofing Ltd, before deciding to strike out on his own.

RM Polymers is a smaller business and, as such, is able to offer a more personal and hands-on approach to customers as well as fewer overheads.

Staffing consists of the proprietor and two fully-trained teams with over 40 years combined roofing experience between them.

Quality of the work provided is followed up with excellent customer care, which is at the very heart of this company, setting us apart from larger faceless organisations.

Working nationwide within both the private and public sector commercially on a variety of buildings, ranging from schools, universities and hospitals to name but a few, helps to broaden the variety of experience gained by this company and its employees.

And having worked on numerous occasions for both local government and health authorities, our staff completely understand and respect the necessity for sensitivity and the need for confidentiality, and as a company we pride ourselves on both.

Proud to have been using Sika Liquid Plastics for over 20 years, as well as being 23 years qualified and proficient in the use of Firestone, Kemper, Proteus, Polyroof, TIR Coatings, and Triflex roofing systems. All of which enables us to be knowledgeable where each product is concerned, therefore making experienced judgments to achieve the best quality and value for money outcome for our customers.
