The LRWA Annual General Meeting (AGM) happens once a year as per our Articles of Association. At the AGM, the chair on behalf of the board of directors presents an annual report containing information for members about the association’s performance and strategy. Members with voting rights will be asked to vote on current issues, such as appointments to the board, key personnel and the selection of auditors. At the AGM, there is often a time set aside for members to ask questions to the directors of the association.
